Showing Schedules
All prospective showings must go through our office. We will contact you and make sure the date and time work for you. The realtor can utilize our Electronic Lock Box, which keeps a record of who opened the box, what time and what day.
Put The Buyer First
Leave the property while the realtor shows the property. This lets the buyer imagine the property as theirs and get a feel for it without uncomfortable feelings.
